Payment Error on SunExpress Website – No Ticket Issued After Payment
I purchased a ticket on the SunExpress website for a flight from Amsterdam to Konya, paying through the iDEAL method. However, the payment resulted in an error, my money was withdrawn from my bank, but no ticket was issued. I demand an immediate refund of my payment.
It’s alarming to see that many others have experienced the same issue. How can such a significant airline allow this kind of problem to persist? SunExpress needs to address this urgently to prevent further customer dissatisfaction and financial inconvenience. Please resolve this and ensure my refund is processed promptly.
