SunExpress Damaged My Luggage and Refuses to Process Claim

On December 9, 2024, I handed over my luggage in perfect condition in Milan, but upon arrival at Izmir Airport, I received it damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the SunExpress desk, where I was given an unsigned paper and told to file my claim online.

However, the website does not accept the unsigned, unnumbered document. On December 15, 2024, I called SunExpress customer service multiple times and was assured that the paper I had was sufficient to proceed with the claim. Despite this, the system still rejects it.

I demand compensation for the damage to my luggage. SunExpress must address this issue promptly and improve their claims process to avoid such frustrating situations for their customers.
