SunExpress Charged ₺3,275 for Failed Kayseri–Izmir Booking Without Issuing Ticket

On September 8, 2025, I attempted to purchase a ticket on SunExpress’s official website for the September 10, 2025 Kayseri–Izmir flight. During the payment process, I received a message stating that the transaction had “failed,” and I was not given any ticket or reservation number. However, when I immediately checked my credit card, I saw that ₺3,275 had been charged. Since I still needed the ticket, I booked the same flight again at a higher price, and this second amount was also deducted from my card. Because no ticket or reservation number was generated for the failed transaction, I was unable to resolve the issue through customer service. At this point, I have no valid ticket from the first payment, yet the money was withdrawn from my account. I request that SunExpress refund the ₺3,275 charged for the failed booking immediately and ensure that customers are not left in such situations without proper support.
