Inappropriate Billing Fot Testora-Iq-App

I have been using the Testora IQ mobile app on iOS, and I have noticed that I am being charged twice every month, once for $39.98 and once for $9.99, even though I only intended to have a single subscription. These double charges started on 01/30/2026 and have continued up to today, 05/09/2026. One of the relevant transaction IDs shown on my receipts is DCAD8B814508. I live in Huntsville, Alabama, United States, and all of these charges are being billed through my Apple account. I have already contacted support, and they informed me that they are working on it, but so far the double billing has continued, and I have not received a clear resolution. I find it unacceptable to be charged for two subscriptions at the same time without my explicit consent. I request the immediate cancellation of both subscriptions, a written confirmation that they have been cancelled so that no further charges will occur, and a full review of my account to correct this double-billing situation.
