SunExpress Airlines Baggage Damage Compensation Oroblem

On June 12, 2024, I took a flight from Trabzon Airport to Antalya Airport. The wheel on my suitcase was completely broken when it arrived, even though I had handed it over in perfect condition. I visited the lost and damaged baggage department, where they documented my situation. Even after I explained the condition of my suitcase and the urgency of my journey, no help was given. I did not receive a new suitcase as requested. I was informed that reimbursement for repair expenses would only be possible once I had submitted a claim through the online system. Well, it seems like my suitcase has unfortunately suffered some damage. I'll have to take care of getting it repaired on my own, and there's no guarantee of receiving any compensation for it.
