FamPay Locked My Account for a Year and Still Has Not Restored Access
My FamPay account has been blocked for about one year, and I am completely unable to use it. The issue started after I accidentally logged out and logged back in multiple times. Since then, my account has remained blocked even though I never intended to create multiple accounts or misuse the platform in any way.
Whenever I try to resolve the issue, I only see a message stating that my account will be unlocked within 24 hours. However, it has already been around two to three days since receiving that message again, and nothing has changed. My access is still blocked, and I cannot use my account normally.
I also attempted to contact FamPay customer support through email, but I have not received any proper response or actual solution. The only replies I receive are automated messages repeating the same 24-hour waiting period without resolving the issue.
I kindly request that FamPay review my case carefully, remove any mistaken restriction placed on my account, and unlock my account as soon as possible so I can use it normally again. I also request confirmation once my access has been fully restored.
