SunExpress Canceled My Flight, No Refund After 5 Months via Gotogate

I purchased a SunExpress ticket through Gotogate, but my flight was canceled due to a lack of disability services. Since the airline could not provide the necessary accommodations, I requested a refund, which SunExpress approved. However, five months have passed, and I still haven't received my money.

Whenever I call SunExpress, they insist that the refund has been processed. But when I contact Gotogate, they claim they haven't received any payment from SunExpress. I am stuck between the two companies, and neither is taking responsibility. This is completely unacceptable—I have waited far too long for my money.

I demand an immediate refund and an explanation for this delay.
