SunExpress Payment Deducted, Tickets Not Received, and Refund Delayed

I purchased tickets from SunExpress, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, I did not receive any ticket information. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the refund would be processed within three business days. It has now been six days, including the weekend, and I have yet to receive the refund.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My money has been withheld without delivering the service I paid for. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and the refund be processed without any further delay. SunExpress must address this matter promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction.
