Despite the difficulties I encountered with my child during the journey, the real frustration came when I discovered that both of my suitcases had been damaged beyond repair. At the airport, a damage report was filed, and I proceeded to file a claim using the provided online platform by submitting a damage assessment report with photos of both suitcases, including the receipt for one of them, which was valued at 300 €. To my surprise, I was informed that the reimbursement amount would be a meager 1400, despite the fact that that amount would not be enough to purchase a single suitcase at current prices. This offer is nothing more than a farce. If necessary, I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I hope you recognize your error and reach a reasonable solution.
