MSPY Seems Like A Scam

I purchased the mSpy Android service from the official website on May 11, 2026. When I clicked the confirmation button during the purchase, I was charged twice, and I also believe the service was falsely advertised, as what was presented on the site does not match what I actually received. In addition, the website itself does not work properly, which has made it even more difficult to manage my account or seek support. After noticing the double charge and the issues with the service, I tried to reach mSpy customer service via live chat, email, and phone. The phone line does not pick up at all, and despite waiting for hours there has been no response to my emails or through live chat. I am left without any support or clarification and still charged twice for a service that does not match the advertised features. I request that my subscription be cancelled and that I receive a full refund for all charges made to my account. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and that I be informed in writing once the refund and cancellation have been completed.
