Cancel My AI BUDDY Subscription And Refund The Unauthorized Payment

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge made by the AI BUDDY application through Google Play and to request both a refund and the cancellation of any future charges. On 09/05/2026 at 06:34, a payment of 32.99 USD was charged via Google Play for the AI BUDDY app. This payment was made using my bank card on my son’s Google Play account, but I did not authorize this specific charge, and my son no longer uses this application. Despite this, the amount was still debited from my card. I have tried to contact AI BUDDY about this situation, but I have not received any response. I consider this charge unauthorized, as there was no consent for this renewal or payment, and the service is no longer being used. I kindly request a full refund of the 32.99 USD charged on 09/05/2026 and the immediate cancellation of any current subscription or future charges related to AI BUDDY on my son’s Google Play account and my card. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription has been cancelled.
