OmeTV Needs To Review And Remove My Unfair Permanent Ban

I have been using OmeTV / MiniChat for a long time, and a few months ago, my account was suddenly banned. At the time of the ban, I was using the application in a completely normal way. My nephew had just come near me while I was on the app, and right after that, I was banned with the message that my age did not meet the requirement. However, I am 26 years old, and I believe my age is clearly sufficient for using the platform. My OmeTV / MiniChat account ID is 353227012. Recently, I sent a new message to your support team to explain this situation, and I also wanted to submit my complaint here. I would like my account to be reviewed in detail, the age-based ban decision to be reconsidered, and my access to the application to be restored if there is no real violation.
