BetKanyon Delayed My Withdrawal And Ignored All My Support Requests
On 19.04.2026, after winning money while playing on the BetKanyon platform, I submitted a withdrawal request for approximately $12,800 from my account balance.
My withdrawal request was kept pending for 72 hours, after which the risk department requested verification documents from me. I provided all requested documents completely, accurately, and without any missing information on 22.04.2026.
After submitting the documents, I was informed that I would receive a response within five to seven business days. However, since 22.04.2026, I have not received any reply whatsoever — neither by email nor through any other communication channel.
All of my conversations with live support are recorded, and I also have screenshots proving the communication history. Despite this, my withdrawal request has still not been processed, and although I specifically requested payment through bank transfer, I cannot find any responsible representative willing to provide a solution.
At this point, my total winnings on the platform have reached approximately $153,800.

Despite fully cooperating with the verification process, submitting all required documents, and waiting well beyond the promised timeframe, the process remains unresolved and I continue to suffer serious financial and emotional distress because of these delays.
I request that my withdrawal request of approximately $12,800, together with all winnings accumulated in my account, be paid to me immediately through bank transfer without any further unjustified delay.
I also request a clear written explanation regarding the reason for this prolonged delay and the current status of my withdrawal and account review process.
