We flew from Izmir to Frankfurt with Sunexpress on 29.04.2023. When we arrived at the airport, we learned that our 2 suitcases did not arrive after a long wait. As if it wasn't enough for us to wait for a long time with my little baby, we paid a lot of parking money by making those who came to pick us up. We registered at the airport and left. In the 3rd week, they said that one of our luggage was found and sent them. My brand new suitcase arrived in disgrace. Some of my items were missing. I created a damage record for the suitcase again, but they always ask me for documents. How can I receive and give the damage report of the suitcase sent to my home after 15 days? My other suitcase is still missing! And they said that they will refund 44.14 kuruş today for two suitcases containing nearly 2000 euros. It's like a joke! I absolutely do not accept this.
