Sunexpress Airlines Unjustly Takes Away Reserved Seats and Loyalty Points

Using the accumulated loyalty points, I booked Xleg seats for my wife and daughter on a Sunexpress flight from Izmir to Van. The procedure was confirmed, and I even photographed it as proof. Sunexpress contacted me later to inform me that this reservation was only valid for tickets purchased after August 1st. They essentially canceled the seats. They are denying me the right to use the seats I earned legitimately through my loyalty points in order to earn an additional 200 TL. Furthermore, they intend to deactivate my loyalty points by September 30, 2023. It's clear that they're doing everything they can to keep me from using my points. They are a company that violates people's rights, but we are forced to choose them because they are the only nonstop flight between Izmir and Van. They are robbing people of their rights for the sake of an extra 200 TL, and there is no institution in our country where we can seek justice. There is much more to say, but it is pointless to do so because there will be no solution. I'm only writing to share the situation, not to anticipate a resolution.
