eFootball Account Hacked: Email & Password Changed, Recover Konami ID
12

My eFootball account on Konami for Android was stolen about one and a half months ago. The person who stole it changed both the email address and the password, so I no longer have any access to my account. Before the theft, my account was linked to the email address “kh***adem***@gmail.com”. I contacted Konami support and explained that my account was hacked and all the login details were changed without my permission. However, they replied that they are not sure and that I am not the real owner of the account. I am attaching screenshots that show my team in the stolen account and the error message I receive (network error with code C_NAJM_0028) when I try to access the game. In these screenshots there is no visible username, which is an important sign that I cannot see or control the account anymore. My current in‑game name is “A_D_E_M__E_S_T”, and I am asking you to check this together with the game data and my old email to confirm that I am the real owner. The overall team strength of my account is around 3227 and can reach about 3229 because the team is not yet fully maxed, and this total power value can also be checked in your system for further confirmation. I am also sending a picture that shows Roberto Carlos, whom I sent by mistake in a special event or race. This is an additional proof, because Konami can see exactly how many players were registered on my account and what actions were done with them, which helps to confirm that this is really my account and not someone else’s. In addition, I am providing a video that shows me entering the account and opening the players, which clearly proves that I used and managed this account myself and that I am its real owner. I also have an older video from before the theft that shows me actively playing on this same account, which confirms that I have been using this account for a long time and that it belongs to me. I am also attaching a screenshot of an email sent to my email that confirms the Google account password was changed. This supports my claim that someone accessed my account and changed the linked credentials without my permission. Another recent screenshot clearly shows that my eFootball account is currently suspended because of the unauthorized access by the thief, so at the moment I cannot log in or use the account at all. I am asking for my eFootball account to be investigated seriously and for access to be returned to me, because I am the rightful owner and I lost my progress and efforts due to this theft.
