SunExpress Charged Me Twice Without Issuing Tickets and Then Raised the Prices

After completing all the steps to purchase a 4-person flight ticket from Gaziantep to Izmir through the SunExpress website, my card was charged, but no PNR code was generated and an error occurred. About 30 seconds later, I tried again and the same thing happened—my card was charged a second time, but still no PNR or ticketing. I decided to try one more time, and this time I saw that the tickets I originally wanted had increased in price by nearly 50%. The tickets that were ₺2700 had gone up to ₺4649. All of this happened within about 5 minutes. You are seriously violating people’s rights—charging twice for a total of ₺21,300 each time, and then forcing customers to pay a much higher price for the same tickets. I will never fly with SunExpress again.
