I Need to Recover My Hacked TikTok Account Stuck on Two-Factor Verification

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account and despite multiple attempts to resolve it through the app support, nothing has changed. In early 2025, I was automatically logged out of my TikTok account on my previous phone. After that, I discovered that an unknown email address had been linked to my account and the password had been changed without my knowledge. Since then, I have not been able to log back in. I am currently using an iPhone in Nigeria and I have tried every recovery option available, including the “forgot password” process. However, each time I try to reset my password or recover the account, TikTok sends a verification code only to the unknown email address that is linked to my account, which I do not own or have access to. Because of this, I am stuck at the two‑step verification stage and cannot proceed further. I have submitted support tickets through in‑app support several times and clearly explained that my account was taken over and that there is an unknown email attached to it. Despite this, the responses I receive say that there is nothing wrong with the account, and no real investigation or solution has been provided. I request that TikTok carry out a detailed review of my account, remove the unknown email address that was added without my consent, verify my identity through alternative methods, and help me regain full access to my account as soon as possible.
