I Face Kerastase Welcome Coupon Problems After My New Member Code Expired Instantly

Kerastase’s online website stated that subscribers would receive an approximately $16 discount code. I subscribed specifically to take advantage of this promotion, the code was assigned to me, and when I clicked “Shop Now,” I was redirected to the Kerastase seller page on Trendyol. However, when I added a Kerastase serum to my cart and tried to use the coupon, I received an error stating that “this code has been exhausted / expired.”

I started the purchase process almost immediately, approximately 1 minute after receiving the code, yet the system still treated the coupon as invalid. I then emailed Kerastase about the problem. They asked for my phone number, contacted me, and told me they would resolve the issue with Trendyol. However, I later received only a standard response from Trendyol stating that the coupon period had ended, and no positive resolution was provided.

I sent Kerastase two separate emails regarding the same issue and also provided screenshots, but I did not receive any further response and my problem remains unresolved.

I request that the discount code I earned by subscribing be honored, that the promotional commitment be fulfilled, and that I be allowed to use the approximately $16 new-member discount as originally advertised. I also expect this issue to be resolved properly instead of being dismissed with a generic “expired coupon” response.
