SunExpress Airlines Flight Cancelled With Out Any Given Reason
It came out that the ticket I bought for the trip from Batman to Gazipaşa on May 1, 2023, at 10:00 was invalid. The flight wasn't scheduled to take place at that time. Sunexpress did not send out any kind of notification or contact to its customers regarding the flight's cancellation. After contacting customer support, I discovered that the flight I was trying to check in for was not operating, and I was unable to do so. For hours, I was not given any alternatives for alternative flights, and now I am facing the difficulty of not being able to find any alternative flights at the very last minute. Regarding this matter, I will communicate with any and all relevant authorities. They have no right to leave me stranded like that.
My flight from Vienna to Izmir was canceled without any given reason. I paid 379.99 Euros, and the total refund suggested by customer service is 147 Euros. Of course, after hours of waiting for a reply from customer service, you get one minute to answer, or you have to start the complaint all over again. When I asked for a full refund or another flight, they told me there is no solution for my problem and disconnected from the chat.
