I Face Kerastase Promo Code Issues After My $16 Signup Coupon Would Not Work

I joined Kerastase today after seeing that new members would receive an approximately $16 welcome coupon. I wanted to use this coupon to purchase the Gloss Absolu three-piece set, including the conditioner, shampoo, and spray. The system redirected me to Trendyol, and I also tried using the coupon separately through Sachane.

However, when I entered the coupon on both websites, I received a message stating that it had “expired,” so I was unable to purchase the products at the advertised discounted price. I specifically created my membership in order to take advantage of this promotion.

I request that the welcome coupon be reactivated or reissued to my account so that I can use the advertised new-member promotion and purchase the Gloss Absolu set without further problems.
