SunExpress Airlines Charges a High Cancellation Fee
My family and I have purchased plane tickets for the 11th of September 2023 from Samsun to Antalya and for the 18th of September 2033 from Antalya to Samsun. However, on September 9, 2023, the grandfather of my husband was taken to the intensive care unit, and as a result, we asked to have our tickets canceled. They mentioned that out of the total of 7,019.94 TL that we paid for the tickets, we would receive a refund of 5,459.94 TL. It is unreasonable that we have to pay a deduction of 1,560.00 TL for tickets that we had to cancel due to health reasons. I should not have gone with SunExpress.

You replied that the customer should evaluate the potential issues that may arise when buying a ticket. How can one foresee where and how they might lose a loved one? You are not sincere. You do not approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset. You leave people in the lurch without offering any solutions or sincere approaches. Instead of sending a link to the fare information, reconsider the situation you put your customer in. Sunexpress is a regret!
