Electrolux Vacuum Overheats and Shuts Down Despite Two Repairs

For the last two months I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Electrolux upright vacuum cleaner. The device overheats during use and then shuts down by itself, which prevents me from using it properly in daily cleaning. This situation is especially disappointing for a product that is sold with a 10‑year motor warranty and creates a feeling of lost trust. Because of this problem I took the vacuum cleaner twice to the Bakırköy Electrolux service. Each time they told me that the device was repaired and returned it to me; however, the overheating and self‑shutting issue continued in exactly the same way. Despite two service attempts, the problem has not been solved and I have lost time and trust. Given that the product with a 10‑year motor guarantee has turned into a complete disappointment and the problem persists despite repeated service, I request the refund of the product fee and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
