WMF Ceramic Pan Coating Peels Off Layer by Layer Prompting Health Concerns

In 2023, I purchased a set of three WMF ceramic frying pans in different sizes from the Enplus store in Caddebostan, Istanbul. I paid a significant amount for these pans under the impression that they were "lifetime products" and that I would use them for many years without issue. However, the inner coating of these pans has started peeling off layer by layer like paper.
I used the pans every other day for nearly three years. Despite this routine use, seeing the ceramic coating peel off so quickly and render the pans completely unusable—especially from a brand like WMF—both shocked and disappointed me. We are now afraid to use these pans due to the risk of peeling fragments mixing into our food.
Because I do not have my warranty documentation on hand, I have not yet filed a formal application with Enplus or WMF. Nevertheless, I find it unacceptable that these products—especially a set sold with a "lifetime durability" promise—have deteriorated in this manner.
I demand that Enplus and WMF inspect this three-piece pan set purchased from the Caddebostan store, evaluate it under defective merchandise provisions, and replace the entire set with brand-new products.
