WMF Service Center Rejects Warranty Claims on Pitted Fusiontec Cookware Set

Four of the pots from the WMF Fusiontec cookware set I purchased for a fortune via Wmf.com on July 30, 2024, developed holes in their bases during use. The problem surfaced at different times for each pot; the earliest occurred within a few months, while the latest appeared approximately 1.5 years later. It is unacceptable for pots that develop holes in such a short timeframe to be marketed as "high-quality products."

When I took the items to the service center, dismissing a clear manufacturing defect as "user error" without taking any responsibility was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. On my very first purchase, they had already shattered my trust by failing to ship half of my order and withholding my refund for nearly two months. Now, they offer no solutions whatsoever—refusing to acknowledge even a factory defect—for products marketed as their most expensive cookware set while still under warranty.

I absolutely refuse to accept the hardship caused by this brand and its defective products. I demand that the holes in these products under warranty be recognized as a manufacturing defect and that the pots be immediately replaced free of charge or a full refund issued for the entire set. Otherwise, I specifically want to state that I will pursue all formal legal avenues regarding this process and continue to voice my experience across every platform.
