Misled by SunExpress Customer Service About Flight Cancellation

I purchased a SunExpress ticket for August 9, 2024, with a 09:05 flight from Çukurova to Antalya, and then connecting from Antalya to Zurich. Upon contacting customer service, I was incorrectly informed that my flight was canceled, and I was advised to request a refund. I proceeded with the refund, but later found out that my flight on September 7 was not canceled and only had a 20-minute delay. This misinformation and misdirection caused us significant inconvenience. Additionally, I was charged a transaction fee for the refund process. It feels as though every effort was made to push me towards another airline. I request SunExpress to address this issue and rectify the charges made due to this incorrect guidance.
