Renault Clio Multimedia Sound Only Works on Right Side After Service

I own a Renault Clio and have been experiencing a recurring problem with the multimedia system. The sound sometimes comes only from the right side while there is no sound from the left side, and this issue appears intermittently. Because of this, I took my vehicle twice to the Renault authorized service in Diyarbakır Özkılıç. Each time they told me that the problem was resolved and that everything was fine. However, 2–3 days after picking up the vehicle, the same sound issue reappeared in exactly the same way, with the sound only coming from the right side again. I no longer want to go to the Diyarbakır Özkılıç service because they keep saying the problem is solved without actually fixing it, and the same faults continue after every visit. Each service appointment also causes me to lose working time, as I have to take leave from my job to bring the vehicle in. Despite repeated service visits, the problem has not been permanently fixed and continues to affect my use of the vehicle. I request a definite and permanent solution to the multimedia sound problem in my Renault Clio, preferably through a competent service that will thoroughly inspect the vehicle and, if necessary, replace the related parts so that this issue does not recur.
