I purchased my WMF PermaDur Inspire frying pan on December 6, for which the invoice was issued on 06.12.2025. I clean the product exclusively by hand, have never placed it in the dishwasher, and subjected it to no force or impact. Despite this, while washing my pan, I noticed that its body was warped.

As soon as I noticed the condition, I reached out to WMF via their WhatsApp support line; however, to date, no response has been provided, and my issue remains unaddressed. I purchased the item online; my order number is 1176117248, and my invoice number is IN2025000386981.

I demand that they contact me promptly to evaluate the warped pan under defective merchandise provisions, perform the necessary inspection, and either replace the product with a new one or issue a full refund.
