Payment Made for SunExpress Ticket, but No PNR Code or Confirmation Received

I bought a ticket from SunExpress and paid for it, but I still haven't received a PNR code. Although the transaction has been confirmed, I have not received any email or confirmation. I'm not sure how to solve this, but I would really appreciate your help. I bought a ticket for two individuals traveling from Düsseldorf to Izmir. I can provide payment receipts as proof. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
