SunExpress Ticket Payment Deducted, but No Ticket Received
Today, I booked two tickets through the SunExpress website, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, I never received my tickets via email.
Upon checking, I encountered an error message stating that there was a payment issue and that I should contact customer service. When I called, I was informed that if I didn’t receive my tickets within a few hours, my payment would be refunded, but no specific timeframe was given.
I need an urgent resolution. Where can I send my payment confirmation? I request that SunExpress issue my tickets immediately for the selected travel dates and send them to my email. If not, I expect a full refund without delay.
