Payment Processed but No Ticket Confirmation from SunExpress

I purchased tickets through the SunExpress website for myself, my spouse, and our three children. After being redirected for payment, the transaction was completed, and the amount was deducted from my credit card. However, I received an error notification from the system regarding the payment process. Despite this, I received no confirmation about the tickets—no PNR number, no message, or email.

When I rechecked the website, I noticed that the prices had been updated. Why couldn’t this price update wait until midnight? What’s going to happen to our tickets now? I’ve seen many complaints recently, and it’s concerning that instead of addressing issues, potential customers are being lost.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and address my situation.
