No Confirmation for SunExpress Flight Booking Despite Payment
Today, I bought a ticket from SunExpress for a flight from Kayseri to Brussels on July 31st. Despite the payment being deducted from my account, I have yet to receive any confirmation email or reservation details. I attempted to contact you through WhatsApp and made calls to the provided numbers for EU countries, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Based on the visual, it appears that there was a problem, but rest assured that the payment has already been deducted from my account. Could you kindly assist in resolving this matter?
