SunExpress Charged Me ₺9132 for a Ticket and Provided No Confirmation or Assistance

I purchased a flight ticket from SunExpress on their official website on 15/09/2024, and ₺9132.22 was taken from my account. I still haven't gotten any confirmation or details about my ticket. When I reached out to customer service, the rep didn't provide a solution. Instead, they said there was no record of my ticket and ended up arguing with me instead of helping out. I got in touch with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was definitely sent to SunExpress. It's really annoying to pay so much and not get any help from the airline. I hope SunExpress sorts this out fast and addresses how their customer service team is acting.
