I Can't Add SunExpress SunFlex3 to My Booked Flight Due to System Error

Hello,

I'm extremely frustrated with SunExpress. On the "My Reservations" page, I'm unable to purchase the SunFlex3 service for my already booked flight due to a system error. The system displays an error screen without any explanation and only offers an option to accept the error. When I click "OK," I can't proceed to the payment screen.

I contacted customer service, and they informed me that the SunFlex3 service cannot be added to an already booked flight. However, everywhere it's indicated that this service can be added later. If I had known otherwise, I would have included this service when I first purchased my ticket.

When I mentioned that I had previously added this service in the same way, they told me that the process changed nine months ago but the system hasn't been updated. They said they have reported the issue for the system to be updated. As a customer, I shouldn't be held responsible for a system error.

SunExpress, please resolve this issue promptly. I expect to be able to add the SunFlex3 service to my booked flight as advertised.
