SunExpress Payment Issue – Ticket Not Issued, Price Increased Due to System Error

I purchased a ticket from SunExpress Airlines using my credit card, and the payment was successfully processed. However, instead of receiving my ticket, I was met with a system error message. Despite my payment going through, no ticket was issued.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the amount would be refunded but did not provide a solution for issuing the same ticket at the original price. By the time the refund is processed, ticket prices have already increased!

Why should customers suffer because of a system error? I demand either my original ticket at the same price or compensation for the difference. SunExpress must take responsibility for this issue.
