There is uncleanliness and poor hygiene at my local Starbucks, who can I report?

You can report the problem in a number of ways. Giving the store manager the news in person or by calling the store is the most direct way to do it. Explain politely what hygiene problems you saw, like dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, or staff members acting in an unhygienic way. The manager should listen to what you have to say and act right away to fix the problems.

You can call Starbucks' customer service if you don't feel comfortable talking to the manager directly or if the problem keeps happening. Get in touch with them by phone, online chat, or social media, and tell them about your experience and the hygiene problems you saw at that location. The person helping you with customer service can either tell regional managers about the problem or take the right steps based on what you say.

The Starbucks app also has a "Problem with Store" feature that lets you directly report issues with cleanliness. Give specific information about where you were, when you were there, what problems you saw, and how you saw them. This report is sent to the right regional teams so they can look into it and take action.

In addition, you might want to write reviews about your experience with the dirty conditions at the store on sites like Google Maps or Yelp. Reviews from the public can get Starbucks's attention and make them act quickly to fix the problems that were reported.
