Starbucks Complaint About Insect Found in Beverage

On September 20, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM, I purchased an iced milk-based drink by card from the Starbucks location in Güzelyalı, Adana. While drinking it, I noticed an insect inside the cup, which was extremely disturbing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.

I did not report the incident to the store employees at the time, but finding an insect inside a drink served by such a large chain is completely unacceptable. I believe the hygiene conditions during product preparation, as well as the kitchen and service areas, should be thoroughly inspected and monitored.

For this reason, I request that a detailed investigation into the hygiene conditions at the Starbucks Güzelyalı location in Adana be conducted, that the necessary warnings and corrective measures be implemented, and that I be informed about the steps taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
