On Tuesday, June 23, at around 11:45 a.m., I ordered a coffee and a toast from the Starbucks location in the Tuzla area next to the 3M Migros on the 22-Meter Road in Fethiye through the Yemeksepeti app. The coffee that arrived was extremely poor in quality, and the toast was missing ingredients, had not been heated, and tasted stale. As shown in the photo I attached, I do not believe anyone with even basic care for customers should consider sending food in that condition.

For me, this is not just about the money. It is about respect and basic standards of service. Even if I receive a refund, it will not make up for the time I lost or the disappointment I experienced. I never expected such careless and unprofessional service from a brand like Starbucks.

I tried to contact the store and the responsible staff, but I was unable to reach anyone or find anyone willing to address the issue. I request that this complaint be taken seriously, that the Starbucks location involved be investigated, and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure customers do not receive such poorly prepared food and beverages in the future.
