It’s shocking that a global brand like Starbucks Coffee could maintain such a filthy and unacceptable restroom. I visited one of their locations with my pregnant friend, and we were both disgusted by the condition of the bathroom.
The entire area looked like a breeding ground for bacteria. The floor was covered in used napkins, there were stains everywhere, and the toilet seat was broken and completely unusable. The stench and dirt made us feel physically sick. My friend urgently needed to use the restroom, but we had no choice but to leave because it was just that unhygienic.
For a brand that charges ₺ for premium coffee, this level of negligence in hygiene is unacceptable. A restroom should at least meet the basic standards of cleanliness and safety, especially when it’s part of an international chain with a reputation to uphold.
I demand Starbucks clean and repair their restrooms immediately and take responsibility for providing a clean, sanitary environment for all customers. No one should have to experience this level of discomfort at a so-called premium establishment.
