Offensive Staff Behavior at Starbucks Mall of Istanbul

Today, during a visit to Mall of Istanbul, I decided to grab a coffee from the outdoor Starbucks around lunchtime. While waiting at the bar for my order, I was shocked by the behavior of one of the male employees. He was preparing coffee while loudly using inappropriate and offensive language, which was clearly audible to customers.

This unprofessional behavior was extremely disappointing, especially as I had my younger cousin with me, who is underage. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks, which should prioritize a welcoming and respectful atmosphere.

I urge Starbucks to address this issue immediately, ensuring their staff maintain professionalism at all times. Situations like this tarnish the company’s reputation and make customers feel uncomfortable.
