Starbucks Customer Reports Spoiled Raspberry Quinoa Parfait

On the morning of September 24, 2026, at 7:57 AM, I purchased a raspberry and quinoa seed parfait from the Starbucks location in Kocaeli Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. Approximately 20 minutes after taking the product back to my office, I opened the lid and noticed that the yogurt had become completely watery, the fruit on top looked wilted, and the product had a spoiled and unpleasant smell overall. As a result, I could not consume it at all and had to throw it away.

I purchased this product intending to have it for breakfast, so finding it in this condition was concerning from a health perspective and was also a very disappointing experience that I did not expect from a brand like Starbucks. Especially from a major coffee chain, I would expect greater care to be taken with the freshness and storage conditions of refrigerated products.

Because of this negative experience, I request appropriate compensation and ask that the storage conditions and freshness checks for refrigerated products at the relevant location be reviewed to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
