Starbucks Hygiene Complaint — Found a Fly in My Drink, No Refund Issued



On September 30, 2025, I placed order number 10554017862 through Trendyol GO from the Starbucks Bakırköy Cevizlik branch. My order included a Melon Refresha, a Caffè Latte, and a Poppy Seed Three Cheese pastry. To qualify for the Melon Refresha promotion and receive the drink for free, I spent a total of ₺275. My order was delivered at 10:30 in the morning.
However, when I opened the Melon Refresha, I was shocked and disgusted to find a fly inside the drink. I cannot accept hygiene and quality standards being this low. Since drinking it, I have been experiencing nausea and vomiting all morning. I reported the issue to both Trendyol GO and Starbucks customer service, but no action has been taken and no refund was issued.
I had specifically placed this order for the promotion, yet I ended up having to throw away the other items without consuming them. I am demanding a full refund of the amount I paid, a proper hygiene inspection, and an official apology. Experiencing this from such a major brand has been extremely disappointing.
