Starbucks Delivery Drinks Keep Arriving Spilled
Because it is close to my workplace, I have been regularly ordering an Iced White Chocolate Mocha from the Starbucks location in Yıldırım Tower on Mevlana Boulevard. Unfortunately, for the past four to five months, I have experienced the exact same problem with approximately 10 to 15 consecutive orders. Every single time, the coffee arrives spilled, leaking out of the cup and soaking the inside and outside of the delivery bag.
A liquid beverage should be packaged and secured carefully to prevent spills during delivery. The fact that this has continued for months without any improvement has caused me significant frustration and has seriously damaged my trust in this Starbucks location. Receiving a drink with a wet, leaking bag is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about cleanliness and overall product quality.
I request that Starbucks immediately review the packaging and delivery procedures at this location, correct this ongoing issue, and take the necessary steps to ensure customers no longer receive spilled beverages.
