Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff at Starbucks
The level of unprofessionalism at the Starbucks in Silivri Vega Mall is unacceptable. It feels like every immature teenager has been hired, with employees chatting and laughing loudly in the back instead of making coffee. Customers are left waiting in line while no one is focused on preparing orders.
The noise from the staff is so disruptive that it drowns out the voices of customers. To make matters worse, I witnessed staff members flirting with each other at the counter instead of assisting guests. The only competent worker seemed to be the person clearing tables.
This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers reflects poorly on Starbucks. I urge management to address this issue immediately and implement proper staff training to ensure a respectful and efficient environment.
