On 03.01.2026 between 18:00 and 19:00, I visited Akasya Mall Starbucks Kuzey store (Beymen entrance) and ordered one Americano and two Toffee Nut Lattes within the student campaign. Although the student ID was presented as required, I was told that the payment had to be made specifically with the student’s own credit or debit card and that payment could not be made with someone else’s card. We explained our situation and conveyed our objection three times, stating that the student's identity was already verified and that such a card requirement was not clearly communicated beforehand. However, the staff insisted that “the campaign is like this” and did not provide any support, flexibility, or alternative solution, which made us feel clearly victimized. As a customer, I request that the relevant staff be warned and reported, that the campaign setup and conditions be clearly and transparently explained, and that an apology be given for the negative experience we had at this branch.
