Today, when I swung by the Starbucks branch in Hilltown to get a drink, I was shocked by the state of the place. It's quite disappointing to see a food service establishment, particularly one associated with the Starbucks brand, in such a dirty and dusty state. When I inquired about the cleanliness of the establishment to the staff at the counter, their response was rather impolite, suggesting that I was trying to instruct them on how to clean. This is not enjoyable at all. It is important to avoid hiring individuals who do not fulfill their responsibilities adequately or lack fundamental communication skills. If necessary, provide them with the appropriate training. I kindly request this.
