I recently bought a Brownie Cheesecake from the Starbucks Arena Park branch, a dessert we've enjoyed before for its freshness and flavor. However, this time the product was far from what we expected. The taste was off, the texture wasn’t fresh, and overall it lacked the quality we had come to associate with this item.
What’s worse, after consuming the cheesecake, I experienced stomach pain and bloating for the rest of the day. This was especially disappointing as we had bought it to enjoy a treat for Mother’s Day—but instead, it completely ruined the day.
Starbucks should take immediate action to ensure the freshness and safety of its bakery items. Selling stale or spoiled food not only damages your brand’s trust but also directly impacts customers’ health.
I request a full refund in ₺ and urge Starbucks to investigate this specific product batch and location. Customers should never have to second-guess the quality of what they consume at a premium coffee shop.
