SPX Store Delayed Shoe Replacement
I purchased shoes from SPX Viaport Kurtköy branch on March 24, 2024, and encountered a problem within 3-4 days. The product was taken to the store for inspection. After evaluation, a decision for exchange or refund was made (though the company doesn't bother to inform you of the outcome; you must keep calling for updates). I visited the store on May 4 for the product exchange. Despite being assured that the invoice would be processed due to corporate billing and that I would be notified as soon as it entered the system during the weekdays, we were sent back without any updates, as mentioned above. Yesterday, I visited the store again and returned without any results. In essence, if you are buying shoes from SPX, whose storefront is SPX, and whose invoicing is Olgarlar Sports, consider that you may not be able to wear the shoes for 3-4, maybe 5-6 months. We are still waiting. Hopefully, in 2024, there will be some communication between accounting and the store so that we can get the shoes. After all, it's hard to communicate with smoke, and we're living in the Stone Age.
