Skechers Sneakers Bought at SPX Opened on the Front Side

On 24/04/2023, the Skechers brand shoes I bought from the Istanbul Kartal İst Marina AVM SPX store on 24/04/2023 opened the front side from the seam part before 45 days passed, when I brought them to the store for replacement, they stated that they would send them to the factory for review and that the review period of 1 month would be extended due to the holiday, when they called me 15 days later, they stated that the review was completed and that there was no production-related problem and they sent the shoe back to the store to be delivered to me. Now I ask you how this shoe could become like this in normal use, without any sports activity (this is a sneaker), without any washing, liquid contact, etc. How could it become like this without any washing, liquid contact, etc.? I know your prices according to Turkish standards, how can you not stand behind your brand? The shoe will wait unusable in the box until the result is received. I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and if necessary, I will send it to another institution for an independent review. I inform you that I will never allow anyone to deceive with sloppy so-called controls even though they sell defective goods in these market conditions. I will also continue to share on all platforms.
