SPX Ignored My Warranty Request for Classic Glitter Clog K After Color Faded



On 28.09.2024, I purchased a pair of Crocs Classic Glitter Clog K (size 10C) for my daughter from the SPX branch at İstMarina, Istanbul. Despite not even coming into contact with seawater, the color of the clogs faded in a short time and well before a year had passed. On August 12–13, 2025, I returned the product to the store for inspection, and the process was registered under the number 48168. Since then, I have visited the store multiple times to get an update. Each time, I was told the process might be delayed due to the distributor company and could take up to 21 business days. However, as of today (excluding weekends), 32 business days have passed and I have still not received any response. When I submitted the product, I was not asked for any additional documents or photos — I simply left the clogs at the store. Considering that I paid approximately ₺1,500–1,600 for these clogs, I request that the product be evaluated under warranty and that a prompt resolution be provided. The excessive delay and lack of communication have only increased my frustration. I kindly ask for the necessary actions to be taken.
